¶ 1 Donna Wheeler (Wheeler) appeals from an order of the Eighth Judicial District Court, Cascade County, denying her motion to suppress evidence. We affirm.

¶ 2 We address the following issues on appeal:

¶ 3 1. Are the District Court's findings of fact concerning why the Sheriff's Deputy approached Wheeler's car clearly erroneous?
