Murton Roofing Corporation ("Murton") appeals the lower court's order vacating an arbitration award. We reverse the order and reinstate the award.

Murton and FF Fund Corporation ("FF") were parties to arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") to resolve a dispute regarding payment under a construction contract.
