¶ 1 BROWN, J.

This is the State's appeal from an order reducing Timothy Sullivan's child support arrearages. The State claims that the court should not have reduced the income figure used to calculate support by excluding the value of benefits Sullivan received from his employer when he was working in Milwaukee while living, at least nominally, in Minnesota. We agree that the circuit court misapplied the law in excluding all of these benefits, rather than excluding...
