Action Realty and Investments, Inc., a purchaser of the home of appellee, Halima Grandison, at a foreclosure sale, appeals an order of the circuit court setting aside the sale. The court determined that a title company which was responsible for completing a sale of the property and paying off the mortgage had simply failed to send the money in time to stop the sale.
