Ira Posner, M.D. and Ira Posner, M.D., P.A. appeal the trial court's final judgments in the amount of $1,925,000.00 entered on a jury verdict in favor of William Leslie Walker and Gregory Keith Strickland. During more than ten years, Dr. Posner treated Patsy Walker for various ailments and wrote numerous prescriptions for pain.
