(Robertson Roofing) making roofing repairs on Building D at the Feliciana Apartments in Harvey, Louisiana when he and his co-worker, Jason Rodriguez, raised a twenty foot aluminum ladder into an uninsulated overhead power line owned and operated by Entergy Louisiana, Inc. (Entergy) causing substantial injury by electrocution to Jeremy Foley...
