¶ 1. In June of 2002, Fred and Dianne Robinson filed a complaint against Myrtle Irene Cook in the Jefferson Davis County Chancery Court. In their complaint, Fred and Dianne sought to quiet title to 7.61 acres of real property. Ms. Cook responded with an answer and a counterclaim.
