Plaintiffs, Entertainment Software Association and Entertainment Merchants Association, ask the Court to enjoin the State of Minnesota from effectuating and enforcing Minn.Stat. § 3251.06, which was recently enacted by the Minnesota state legislature. The statute would fine those under 17 years of age for renting or purchasing certain video games.
