Defendant-in-rule/appellant, Suzanne Parke Drapcho ("Dr.Parke") appeals the trial court's judgment that ordered her to reimburse plaintiff-in-rule/appellee, Michael A. Drapcho ("Dr.Drapcho"), for tuition and registration expenses he paid to enroll their minor children in a private school. The judgment ordered Dr. Parke to pay the amount of $6,245.00, together with interest from August 29, 2001, the date Dr. Drapcho filed a show cause rule seeking recovery...
