This disciplinary matter arises from formal charges filed by the Office of Disciplinary Counsel ("ODC") against respondent, William J. Aubrey, an attorney licensed to practice law in Louisiana but currently on interim suspension pursuant to our order in In re: Aubrey, 02-2535 (La.10/23/02), 830 So.2d 293.
