Defendants, Saul Hakim and North American Land Development Corporation ("NALD"), have appealed from a judgment of the Monroe City Court ordering NALD to return to plaintiff her security deposit and first month's rent totaling $850.00. For the reasons set forth below, the judgment of the trial court is hereby reversed.
