Thomas Baratta appeals from an amended final judgment awarding attorney's fees and costs against him and in favor of Valley Oak Homeowner's Association after Baratta's case against Valley Oak was dismissed for failure to prosecute. This court had previously reversed a judgment for attorney's fees in favor of Valley Oak and remanded for the trial court to make the findings required by Florida Patient's Compensation Fund v. Rowe,
