McHUGH, Judge:

¶ 1 Janice Ririe Kunz (Janice)1 appeals the trial court's order affirming the domestic commissioner's grant of summary judgment in favor of Lillie Spencer (Lillie) and Lynne Kunz (Lynne). Janice, Lillie, and Lynne each claim to have been a plural wife of Richard L. Kunz (Husband), a practicing polygamist.
