The defendant, Kenneth Stapleton, was charged by bill of information with pornography involving juveniles, in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:81.1(A)(3). After the trial court denied the defendant's motion to suppress evidence, the matter proceeded to trial, and the defendant was found guilty as charged.
