279 Ga. App. 844

SIMON v. The STATE.

Court of Appeals of Georgia.

June 16, 2006.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Maria Murcier-Ashley, Marietta, for appellant.

Gwendolyn Keyes Fleming, District Attorney, Barbara B. Conroy, Assistant District Attorney, for appellee.

RUFFIN, Chief Judge.

Leroy Simon appeals his conviction for child molestation. We find no error and affirm.
