¶ 1 In order to prevail in a legal malpractice case, the plaintiff must prove he was damaged by his attorney's errors. Khamchanh Soratsavong appeals the trial court's order dismissing his legal malpractice case and granting summary judgment to his attorney Stephen Haskell.
