Appellant, Donald Baker ("Baker"), timely appeals a conviction following a jury trial for battery on a law enforcement officer. Baker raises two independent challenges on appeal. First, he contends that he received ineffective assistance of counsel as regards video evidence presented at trial. For the reasons set forth below, we decline to address this issue on direct appeal, and affirm without prejudice to further proceedings on the issue at the trial level...
