The defendant appeals his conviction and sentence for operating a sports bike without a proper license and driving with a suspended license as a habitual offender. He argues that his counsel's failure to object to numerous questions and comments by the prosecutor constituted ineffective assistance of counsel requiring the reversal of his conviction.
