The Defendant, Royal Clark, appeals from his conviction of armed robbery. We affirm and remand.

The Defendant was charged on February 21, 2002 with armed robbery, a violation of La.R.S. 14:64. He pled not guilty on April 23, 2002 and then filed various pre-trial motions.
