The defendant, an adult, was charged by bill of information with two counts of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile in violation of La.R.S. 14:80 for having sexual intercourse with a fifteen year-old female. Pursuant to a plea agreement, the defendant pled guilty to one count of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile. The second count was dismissed.
