This appeal arises from a dispute, between attorneys, over attorney's fees pursuant to referrals. Roy Raspanti successfully represented Mr. and Mrs. Byrd. However, Mr. and Mrs. Byrd's previous attorneys sued Roy Raspanti seeking attorney's fees based on quantum meruit, tortious interference with a contract, and unjust enrichment.
