Both Sandra Chronister and Unum Life Insurance Company of America ("Unum") appeal the final decision of the district court,1 regarding Chronister's claim for long term disability benefits pursuant to the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), 29 U.S.C. § 1001, et seq. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
