This appeal challenges an award of costs and attorneys' fees imposed against Attorney Gregory Vacala as a sanction for his postsettlement obstructionism that necessitated an otherwise unnecessary motion to enforce the parties' settlement agreement. We agree with the district court that Vacala's conduct was sanctionable. Moreover, his appeal is frivolous. We order Vacala to pay reasonable attorneys' fees...
