Trudie Walker was charged with one count each of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, reckless operation of a vehicle, and speeding. At her arraignment, she plead not guilty to all counts. A trial was held wherein the State submitted the case on the basis of the police report and a videotape. The trial court found her guilty as charged of the intoxication and speeding counts and not guilty of the reckless...
