PER CURIAM.

The petitioner, David Bridges, appeals following the denial of his petition for certification to appeal from the judgment of the habeas court dismissing his amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus. We agree with the court that the doctrine of res judicata bars the petitioner from asserting the claims raised in his petition for a writ of habeas corpus and dismiss the appeal.
