KUHN, J.

Employer-appellant, Motiva Enterprises (Motiva), appeals a judgment of the Office of Workers' Compensation (OWC), which concludes that employee-appellee, Louis Nelson, sustained an accident on March 1, 2001, entitling him to indemnity benefits. We affirm.
