This action arises out of a complaint that Dr. Sheldon K. and Mrs. Sharon E. Gottlieb (the "Gottliebs"), both Maryland residents, filed with the Maryland Insurance Administration ("MIA") against Lincoln National Life Insurance Company ("Lincoln"), an Indiana company.
