("New Age") appeals a decision granting summary judgment to the Nettesheims, McBrides, Carpenters, and Bergers ("Nettesheims") and an order permanently enjoining it from conveying additional fractional shares in a road, known as Outlot 1, which New Age and the Nettesheims own as tenants in common.1
