¶ 1. LUNDSTEN, J.

The question raised by this appeal is whether a standard homeowner's insurance policy, issued to a landowner by American Family Insurance Company, provides coverage for costs incurred by the State of Wisconsin in suppressing a forest fire that started on the owner's land. We conclude that American Family's policy provides coverage.
