¶ 1. FINE, J.

Hope M. Dahm appeals the trial court's grant of summary judgment to Lakisha Dahm directing that the City of Milwaukee, the City of Milwaukee Retirement System, and Anne M. Bahr, Executive Director of the City of Milwaukee Retirement System, pay to the Estate of Curtis Lee Dahm "all pension proceeds within [their] management and control." We affirm.
