¶ 1 David J. Iverson appeals his conviction for felony violation of a protection order, claiming that the trial court improperly admitted hearsay evidence to prove the identity of the victim (who did not testify at the trial) and thus the corpus delicti of the crime was not established preliminary to the admission of Iverson's confession. The trial court did not rely upon the victim's self-identification to police to prove the identity of the victim...
