(ELC) appeals from the trial court's entry of summary judgment for appellee-defendant Indiana Department of Labor (Department) on ELC's complaint alleging defamation and seeking damages and injunctive relief. ELC contends that the Department committed defamation by: 1) including ELC on its website listing as a "Common Construction Wage Violator" (CCW Violator), 2) contacting ELC's employees...
