¶ 1 Defendant Thomas Arthur Green appeals his conviction for rape of a child. Mr. Green presents eleven arguments on appeal which, when distilled, mount two central attacks on his one conviction: (1) that the trial court erred when it did not dismiss the child rape charge against him because the applicable statute of limitations had run; and (2) that the trial court did not have jurisdiction to hear the case.
