{¶ 1} In this consolidated appeal, plaintiff-appellant, Thomas Cole, appeals from judgments of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees, Sprouse & Sons Drywall, Ltd., and M/I Schottenstein Homes, Inc. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the trial court's judgment in favor of Sprouse and affirm the trial court's judgment in favor of M/I. We also remand the matter...
