Petitioner appeals from the denial of post-conviction relief asserting four assignments of error. ORS 138.650. We affirm.

For the purposes of our discussion, the following facts are germane. Petitioner was convicted of driving while suspended in 1986. In 1995, he was charged and convicted of manslaughter, assault in the second degree, felon in possession of a firearm, and recklessly endangering another person. Those convictions were affirmed...
