{¶ 1} In May 2004, appellant, Paul Burgess, was found guilty by a jury in the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas of four counts of rape of a person less than 13 years of age.

{¶ 2} He was sentenced to 15 years to life on each count. The court ordered the sentences for Counts One and Two to run concurrently, and for Counts Three and Four to run concurrently...
