{¶ 1} Defendant, Carl Bigsby ("Bigsby"), pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary (with a three-year firearm specification), gross sexual imposition, felonious assault, and aggravated robbery. The charges arose when Bigsby, his brother Charles Bigsby, Dontay Cooper, and Samuel Lettman entered the victims' apartment and terrorized them at gunpoint.
