Petitioner Alvin A. Grogan appeals from an order of the district court affirming the Commissioner's decision to deny his application for Social Security disability. Grogan had only a small window of time during which he was insured under the Social Security system, and the Commissioner maintains that most of Grogan's evidence regarding disability fell outside of that window.
