Michael Klopf, proceeding pro se, appeals his convictions and sentence for identity theft involving fraudulent driver's licenses, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1028(a)(3) (2000), and credit cards, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1029(a)(2). We affirm Klopf's convictions for unlawful use of identification documents and clarify the intent element necessary for proving a violation of § 1028(a)(3) as well as the effect on interstate...
