Sandra Joan Queen appeals from a judgment of the Cullman Circuit Court dismissing her will contest regarding the will of Henry Doyle Holloway.

The record reveals the following facts. Holloway's first wife predeceased him; Queen is the only child born of that marriage. Holloway married Nellie Ruth Harden on October 23, 2001.
