The district court terminated respondent T.A.A.'s parental rights to her four children based on findings that statutory grounds for termination exist, that termination is in the children's best interests, and that the county made reasonable efforts to reunite T.A.A. with her children. The court of appeals reversed on the ground the county failed to make reasonable efforts toward reunification...
