STATE v. OSMAN

No. 31371-5-II.

108 P.3d 1287 (2005)

STATE of Washington, Respondent, v. Semi OSMAN, Appellant.

Court of Appeals of Washington, Division 2.

March 30, 2005.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Stephanie C. Cunningham, Attorney at Law Seattle, WA, for Appellant.

Kathleen Proctor, Pierce County Prosecuting Atty. Office, Tacoma, WA, for Respondent.

VAN DEREN, J.

¶ 1 Semi Osman pleaded guilty to three counts of second degree incest. On appeal, he alleges that the trial court (1) procedurally violated RCW 9.94A.340, and (2) violated his equal protection rights when it considered his status as a non-citizen and his possible deportation status in denying his Special Sex Offender Sentencing Alternative (SSOSA) request. We find no abuse of discretion or equal protection violation and affirm.
