¶ 1. Willie Earl Lane ("Willie Earl") appeals the judgment of the Madison County Chancery Court which set aside a conveyance of real property to Willie Earl on the grounds of undue influence. We find that the chancellor manifestly abused his discretion in finding that there was a confidential relationship between Willie Earl and the grantor, Willie Lane.
