Defendant appeals as of right his jury trial convictions for possession with intent to deliver less than fifty grams of cocaine, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv), and possession of marijuana, M.C.L. § 333.7403(2)(d). Defendant was sentenced as a fourth-offense habitual offender, M.C.L. § 769.12, to forty-six months to thirty years in prison for the conviction for possession with intent to deliver cocaine, and as a second-offense controlled-substance...
