INTRODUCTION

Kevin M. Smith appeals from the judgment and sentence imposed after Smith pled no contest to attempted burglary. Because 1) we find no abuse of discretion in the sentence imposed within the statutory limits or in the inclusion of expenses of extradition as taxable costs of prosecution and (2) the record is insufficient for us to review the amount of costs attributable to extradition expenses, we affirm.
