In this workers' compensation suit, Duiet J. Malbrough appeals from a judgment in favor of his former employer, K-Mart Corporation, granting K-Mart's claim to change Mr. Malbrough's temporary total disability benefits to supplemental earnings benefits for a specified time period and to recover the overpayments made. K-Mart also appeals from the judgment, contending it is entitled to recovery of overpayments...
