No. COA04-452.

609 S.E.2d 432 (2005)

STATE of North Carolina v. Douglas PAGE, Jr.

Court of Appeals of North Carolina.

March 15, 2005.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Attorney General Roy Cooper, by Assistant Attorney General Diane A. Reeves, for the State.

M. Alexander Charns, Durham, for defendant-appellant.

TYSON, Judge.

Douglas Page, Jr. ("defendant") appeals from a judgment entered after a jury found him to be guilty of second-degree murder. The trial court sentenced defendant to a minimum term of 137 months and a maximum term of 174 months. The trial court did not err when it denied defendant's motion to suppress and motion to dismiss defendant's charge of second-degree murder. We find no prejudicial error.
