Donald Moore pleaded guilty to one count of possession of cocaine base (crack) with intent to distribute, 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1), (b)(1)(B)(iii), after the district court denied his motion to suppress crack seized by Springfield, Illinois, police officers when they searched Moore during a traffic stop of a taxicab in which Moore was a passenger.
