At a bench trial, appellant Dwayne Cassidy was convicted of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and sentenced to twelve years' imprisonment. See Tex. Pen.Code Ann. § 22.02 (West Supp.2004). In two points of error, appellant contends the court erroneously admitted double hearsay and, by so doing, violated his Sixth Amendment confrontation right.
