BOYCE F. MARTIN, JR., Circuit Judge.

Timothy Morrison, former Deputy Sheriff of Summit County, appeals the district court's grant of summary judgment to Sheriff Richard Warren and Human Relations Officer Yamini Adkins, both of the Summit County Sheriff's Office. Morrison claims that procedures culminating in his discharge from the police force violated his Fourteenth Amendment procedural due process rights.
